Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Price Pilot collects and how we use it. We handle data in line with India's DPDP Act and GDPR principles.

What we collect. (a) Pricing details you submit for an audit; (b) an anonymous session identifier stored in a cookie to count free usage; (c) your email if you subscribe or upgrade; (d) basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, conversions).

How we use it. To generate your audit, enforce free-tier limits, process payments, send the emails you request, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

LLM processing. If LLM enrichment is enabled, the non-identifying pricing summary may be sent to a model provider solely to improve copy. We do not send your email or account identifiers.

Payments. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe). We never store full card numbers.

Your rights. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@pricepilot.aiskillhub.info.

Retention. Audit records are retained while your account is active and deleted on request.
