Terms of Service

Price Pilot ("the Service") provides automated SaaS pricing analysis and recommendations. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service. Price Pilot generates pricing recommendations from the information you provide. Recommendations are advisory only; you are responsible for your own pricing decisions and their commercial outcomes.

2. Accounts & plans. The free tier allows one full audit. Paid plans (Pro) provide unlimited audits and additional features as described on the pricing page. Plans renew until cancelled.

3. Acceptable use. Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service, or submit unlawful content.

4. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific revenue or business result.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

6. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
